...and then I found you... I had read about ASMR, and thought I was just one of those people who doesn't experience this phenomenon. But this video, others of yours, have triggered it in me, and it is so pleasant! Even without it, though, I'd listen because I experience many wonderful spontaneous vibrationally induced sensations of relaxation, peace, joy, and beauty so wondrous it actually brings tears! (And I am not prone to that.) There is probably a scientific explanation for it, but I don't care or want to know. I will just enjoy what is, for me, the inexplicable otherworldly experience and magical relief of my chronic pain that only your "music" (is it called that?) gives me. Thank you for this. I have been having heart problems and not sleeping well, (pinching and inflammation) so this was exactly what I needed. I can't get into the hospital till after easter, so it's been an uncertain time. Lot of shifting frequencies OBE noises at night over two weeks or so. Can really feel this on the central part of the heart, and the underside I think.

Hello and welcome! It could be a form of release, however it could also be that the vibrations are actually bothering you. I record these in a way to maximize the vibration "felt" by the bowls. Are you wearing headphones? If so, I would try to listen on speakers. If it's still bothering you then maybe stop listening. I'm sorry I cannot give a definitive answer as I don't know your background or your situation.
