I've got to let you know. Yesterday afternoon my very grumpy, sassy, neurotic cat (seen in my profile picture) came and sat in my lap after I lit a special blend frankincense candle. I pressed play on this video. And would you know it, she completely relaxed into a puddle and was the most Zen I've seen her in years. Honestly I usually don't like the sound baths however this is really refreshing. It reminds me of a place I used to go called Phoenix and Dragon. It's a metaphysical store in Buckhead, GA. The strange thing is I'm not really into all of that but I love the store.
