Hi Krish, Thanks for the video. You are creating really good content. Below are few things I need to share. Vitamin A White sweet potatoes are not rich in Vitamin A. Only orange sweet potatoes are, but they are not easily available here. As an alternative, along with carrot consider yellow pumpkin which is having 50% DV in 100 grams. Vitamin C Guava is an excellent source of Vitamin C. 100 grams of guava contains 254% of the daily value (DV) and also provides 5.4 grams of fiber. It is very economical. Unlike chillies, guava is easier to consume. Bell Pepper is also have 134% DV in 100 grams. Zinc Sesame seeds are a great source of zinc. We typically use them in "ellu thuvaiyal." 100 grams of sesame seeds contain 71% of the DV for zinc, as well as 75% of the DV for calcium and 81% of the DV for iron. I feel you have underrated the value of guava. At Rs 50 per kilogram, guava is much more economical compared to apples, which cost around Rs 250 per kilogram. Your food recommendations should prioritize items that are easily available and economical.

0:40 ✅very true… I’m from a village in rural Bengaluru… Whole of our village is vegetarian population 🌱💚. (Though I started eating non-veg in my teens) Our staple diet is Ragi & Keerai greens. We eat around 25 different types of greens throughout the year, along with horsegram or other . Nearly 1/3 rd of my villagers are suffering from kidney stones (including me & my brother)… Most of my neighbouring vegetarian villagers also suffer from kidney stones 😓

20 percentage fat would be difficult to achieve even with very low fat cutting diet. Natural fats in food like oats, yogurt, paneer, coconut, nuts and seeds will easily cross 30 percent. Use a calorie counting app and check it yourself!

No harm. The only point is that milk has a lot of calories, so getting benefits of black coffee get minimised if you have 3 cups of milk coffee
