காலை உணவை தவறாமல் எடுத்துக் கொள்பவர்கள் தான் வேலையில் திறமையைக் காட்டுவார்கள் என்று சொல்லப்பட்டது. காலை உணவை எடுக்க வில்லை என்றால் அல்சர் வரும் என்று பயமுறுத்த பட்டது. இதை தெளிவு படுத்தியதற்கு நன்றி சார்🙏 நான் கல்லூரி போகும் பொழுது பெரும்பாலும் காலை உணவை தவற விட்டு தான் சென்று இருக்கிறேன் நான் சிறந்த மாணவனாக வே இருந்திருக்கிறேன்.

I have been doing one meal a day diet since May 2018 and I have never thought about going back to 3 meals a day. I have lost 25 kg and have become a triathlete competing in Ironman 70.3 events in the US. I have completed one marathon under 4 and half hours and Ironman 70.3 in under six hours, all in a fasted state. I maintain low carb and high fat with no meat and I feel so much better at the age of 38. Thank you for educating people through KZbin.

Excellent information. By the way majority of the South Indian Brahmin community ( not talking about the present younger generation) will take meals at around 9.30 am to 10 am and goes to dinner by 7.30. That's it. Every Ekadasi they will go for fasting and the next day Dwadasi they take Agathi Keerai with Nellikai Pachadi. Reason being on that fasting day acidity might have added and by consuming Akathi keerai and vitamin c rich Nellikai things will settle down. Only on Select days they take tiffin and precisely for this reason they lived a healthy life . Of course there will be many like this but since I have observed this community in close quarters I am just sharing my thoughts. Nice video .

Sir, Generally I eat healthy. Focus more on vegetables and fruits . I do include healthy home made shakes - flax seeds, frozen fruits , 1/2 banana , milk , honey ,nuts (almonds & walnuts ) . This shake I don’t take offer but weekly once or twice. I have digestive issue. Have problem going “2” . As a result I suffer from GERD and other ailments . This issue was severe till 2017. I became more fat 185 lbs. slowly using siddha medicine I kind a now in almost ok health. Sometimes I can go without siddha medicine for a week or 10 days. This healthy symptoms occur during summer but when winter comes. It’s bit problematic. I take siddha medicine and kadukkai . Now my present situation of eating habits . Even before this problem I am healthy eater . In my diet without vegetables I can’t eat . My assumption is this digestive issue must have happened due to extreme sedentary lifestyle. From 2018 I did IF. Walked minimum 10,000 steps and was able to bring to 165lbs . But 2020 till now im wavering between 165 to 170 lbs. my height is 5’2”. Age 49. Undergoing menopause. Still continuing IF healthy diet but stopped walking last 6 months due to extreme cold temperatures. I live in US. It snows here . My IF method - I take normal 1/4 cup usual South Indian coffee around 6:30. I eat around 11:00, 11:30 or 12:00 . Accordingly I stop eating between 5:00 -7:00 . 7:00 is the max limit . I’m between I don’t eat much bit snack lightly if needed. That may be healthy, or light junk like murukku kinda stuff. Not frequently. But mostly I fill before with fruits then bit with junk that too if needed. Overall snacking itself is irregular . Technically speaking , I eat lunch and end dinner by 7:00. Yes dinner would be heavy If I eat rice then Total intake of cooked rice per day , at max will be 3/4 cup to 1 &1/3 cup Sambar /rasam , curry /kootu a lot . End with either curd rice or a cup of curd . Sometimes dinner can be chapoathi with side dish and cucumber raitha . I find difficult to loose weight from 165:lbs . I do move inside the house during winters. Like frequently walking down the stairs etc. I even walk and maintain atleast 10,000stepa during summer. I maintain heart rate of minimum 130bpm. But since 2020 I’m unable to loose weight. Please give me suggestions and guide me .
