I fully agree with your points. But in real life observed that emotionally immature people use all the TANTRUMs to overpower emotionally mature people and get their way and merit gets sidelined. This you can observe in almost all the fields especially Politics, Corporate, Cinema etc. I would appreciate if you could address this aspect and handling/managing emotionally immature people.
