I bought the game because of your video, installed, played 2 hours straight and have only touched the Glock so far. The damage model of the game is super rewarding. One shot headshots feel amazing with handguns.

Great review! As a fellow Vail enthusiast I agree they should probably change the HUD of join games on the bottom right for example with a small box that can be editable, other than that love the video and I hope you'll spend as much time as me in it! See you soon in game!

Im probably going to buy the game espeicially since its only 12 dollars right now. The only thing is it not having stabilization for the guns because i have shaky hands. I really liked how in boneworks the guns had weight and they had stabilization so they didnt feel so jittery. Maybe they will add some stabilization in the future. Hey it is an early acess game so cant complain to much

It does have weapon motion smoothing, to limit hand shake. Its very helpful

The game looks really interesting. Does it have a ranked mode? I need something that keeps me motivated. Pavlov for example doesn´t keep me hooked because there are no unlocks, levels, ranks or anything.

not currently any ranked mode. but they have stated that it will come in the future

Nope, it's never coming to Quest 2. However, if a much more powerful version of the Quest is launched, it may release on that.

I came here because it was just released in the Quest store, as well as steam. I guess it's safe to assume the steam version will be better(pcvr)?

The game looks worse than most Quest games The guns aren't anything special IMO. The gunplay feel is pretty bad IMO, feels like paintball guns with cool sounds and a shaker... There's a complete mismatch between what the sound and recoil indicates VS what's actually happening. The gun is moving about and sounding rad, but the bullets are like lasers, hardly any spread what so ever. Makes the guns feel silly. All the maps are straight up bad. Like truly laughably bad. The short time to kill means that it's nothing but short little BRRT battles lasting 0.3 to 2 seconds unless both players mess up completely.In which case it can go on for up to 3-4 seconds... It's like the awesome downtown shootout scene from the movie Heat in there.. no wait.. just BRRT and respawn..... If you liked playing railgun in Quake, this game is pretty neat. It's like instagib deathmatch with hitscan full auto guns. I'm starting to think that the PCVR crowd is so desperate for a PCVR shooter that they'll take pretty much anything. This game feels like something from the darker corners of Sidequest.

IDK those maps do not look great. There are no interesting objects like a car, Plane, interesting building or something. Also the crouching function is stupid, you should crouch in real life that´s the whole point of VR.
