@@ramyogpandey1112 It allows me to meditate on that and know truth also getting help from a fellow meditator who has known it. Don't be stuck with Sadhguruvian ideologies. It is not how things are. First there is theory ,then there is practicals of dharana (wearing that idea), dhyana and samadhi(equating the budhi with that object). That is what yogis havms been following all these long and getting knowledge.

​@@arunnarayanan3428dharana is not just on idea it is on anything if you keep your mind it is dharana and if you want to do dharana on Shiva why bother with black hole and all that there is picture of shiva everywhere. And black hole is a dead star what does it have to do with shiva or anything if you see shiva as ultimate god then see everything as Shiva why only black hole? Also as much as I have heard it black hole is not called shiva it is dark energy of dark matter. Scientist when calculating the expansion of universe (or somethign like that) saw that there was some extra mass(energy not sire which one) in the equation which they could not see. And the mass was huge later it was found on expansion of universe Dark energy and dark matter form. Watch yotuube fore better explaination as it has been yesrs I have studied it so my knowledge is not that fresh. Why religious people and Sadhguru talk about these Dark energy as shiva was because like shiva this thing with itself does nothing but without it there is no existence giving idea from Hinduism that Shiva is inert by itself but when Shakti dances on its lap the creation begins or something like that. Now do your research and dharana with this info
