When I look at this video I think "yeah, that looks like I could ride it ok". But having ridden it a few times, I know that it is incredibly bumpy and brutal. So much so that it just isn't any fun for "normal" people. To get down it at all is good going. To get down it at world cup speeds is just beyond my comprehension.

I actually watch this with my kindergartener and the other kids all 5 - 9 years old the kids love mountain biking and cheer for Bernard. We get together and watch these videos. Vital MTB usually pretty kid friendly and so is pink bike. Some of the videos I can't watch with the kids if it's too uncensored. I don't mind of course as an adult,,, but for the kids I have to limit the exposure to the F bombs just cause.

Its really gnarly, tracks ususally have some parts in between where you can rest, this one has start, long rock garden, wooden bridge and then rockgarden until the sender out of the woods, its crazy hard just to ride down with such intensity for so long. And its steep!
