I watched every season until about four seasons ago.( when it was obvious that the show had jumped the shark).. And I don't ever remember seeing Maks as happy as he was with Meryl as his partner.

That was an extremely fast number, and the four non-pro dancers, coincidentally all women--did it justice. With the possible exception of one of them (who shall go unnamed), in another season I think any of the other two nonwinners could have won.

The entire team was at a disadvantage this week because of Amy’s injury and still manage to get a higher score than Team Vida. It’s a shame Danica was eliminated next week. The song was also #1 the year I was born!

That's because they were in synch at all times and getting the steps right. Team Vida was good but there too many times when they simply couldn't keep it together
