With all the delays and frustrations you've encountered, you have to maintain your sense of humor. When one project can't be completed there are always others you can work on while you're waiting. Those theater chairs look supremely comfortable!

Exactly, but most people don't understand that and wish I just finish everything I start. I try and work on things for as long as possible or until I am bored then I start something else, it all needs to be done in the end anyway. 😂

I have been looking at those seats for years and need to finally get them! What projector will you be using?

Yes get them, they are so comfortable! I am still a bit undecided about which projector, I am looking at Optoma as a brand as they seem to deliver high quality for not nearly as much money as some of the competitors and my cousin is very happy with his. But to be fair, I really don't know yet.

If you are placing the projection screen in that opening why not back project from the other space. With a good back projection screen you will have a better experience.

Because we are closing that wall and putting speakers in that void, we are also using the other room for a bedroom. As much as I love a cinema I don't want to use more than half the basement on it 😂
