Valentina achieves the impossible. I understand that she practices ad infinitum, but only through the Gods could someone of this calibre play this much music by memory in essentially one sitting. Her craft is heaven sent, and we are the lucky ones to be here at the same time as she!!

She is absolutely phenomenal! Among the very best, but I like her interpretation and style so much better. She really knows how to feel the emotion while attacking the dynamics, and her memory is mind blowing. I could seriously listen to her all day. I love how she has recorded so much stuff. You can pretty much look up any composer or any song, and there is a good chance she has it recorded

Her Beethoven really makes sense . Want to hear Les Adieux and op.10 no.3 some day. The last 5 are heaven .The slow movement of tis sonata and the Hammerklavier slow movement are truly some of the greatest music we have ! Her musical logic in Beethoven stands well against brendel Radu Lupu, Skolov and the greatest communicators in this music !

at 58:39 Brahms' internal rhythms, melodies and harmonies are shown fully realized and manifested (literally) by our dear Valentina! The intermezzo 166 #2 really seems to have them as a theme but then again Brahms was all about that and much more. (That's the perfect camera angle by the way at that moment! Thanks to the editor(s)!)

Sadly, my Russian teacher did not know what it was so I thought that I would never in my life know what it is .... then today at 1:14:58 I suddenly heard it and now I will always know it is Brahms Intermezzo Op. 118 no. 2. .Music....it's a different life! Where there are wars, misery and lies that I hate. Thank you Valentine that you with their own hands, using notes and keys take us into the world of love and maybe happiness which we have lacked.

As Valentina gets older, you can see the intense emotional feeling she gives for the music of Beethoven like she hasn't done before when she was younger! Only when she gets older, she starts realizing that Beethoven's music is much more deep then any other composer EVER in the world! It's way to serious. Not even her favorite composer, "Rachmaninov" has a chance against the beast!!! Yes, It Shall Be!!

What a coincidence! My doctor -- Dr. Vinnie Boombotz, you know him? -- told me I had only a few hours left to live, and I said, Hey, that can't be right! I'm too young and handsome (well, too *young,* anyway) to die! I want a second opinion!! He looked thoughtful for a moment, and then said, Okay: you're *ugly,* too. Now I fill my fast-fleeting final few hours with La Divina Valentina's pianistic prestidigitations, so I can go out with a song in my heart. Vale!
