Can anybody help me, when i finish fighting a screen alway appear and not let me exit the stage nor give me the reward , i can't use the claim all mail button too Please help me with this

Ah that's probably a "retry/reload" screen. Is it in Japanese? If so then it's probably it. Whenever it appears during after battles, just press it repeatedly. (It says that you need to have better connection but even if you have a good wifi it appears so it's probably an error). In mails, it shows another error too. You can't claim all but you can claim them individually. (I guess it's an error in Housamo's system ╮⁠(⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)⁠╭)

@@normalguy1386 Hmm, even if you get past the reload screen it doesn't give you rewards? But do you lose AP and get exp? If so then it's a problem in the system. I'm experiencing the same thing too but I get the rewards once I press the reload button long enough. (⁠;⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠) Sorry, maybe LW will notice this bug soon enough and update the game with compensation (⁠´⁠-⁠﹏⁠-⁠`⁠；⁠)
