we call that an egg in the hole, put a lid on the pan to cook the top instead of flipping! And a super hot pan when you first pour the egg in helps it not pool underneath ❤

Quick hack: Put your onions in the freezer for 20 min before cutting. Less smell and tears. :)

The trick when chopping onions is not to lean over them, as the sulfenic acids rise and enter the eyes.

So cute! The egg in the hole sandwich works best in an oven, I like to put cooked spinach under the hole so the egg doesn’t escape and I drizzle mozzarella cheese on top of the egg before putting it in the oven. I know you mentioned you don’t have an oven, but I’m just letting you know! Love your vlogs, they’re inspiring to me ✨

The valentines meal looked so good 😍 I love doing bread eggs, i cut a square in the bread and add carottes and red pepper to the whisk egg 😋

For onions, you can put a bowl of cold water next to the cutting board to help with the smell, I have tried it and it really did save my eyes and nose😆And I loveee your packing section so so much, I'm always waiting for one because it's soo soothing, relieveing me from my stress💜🦔✨
