Valentine's Oreo Truffles | Easy Oreo Truffles

I have another Valentine's Day Treat for you, Valentine's Oreo Truffle! Who doesn't love Oreo's?! If you're like most of us, here is a great way to add oreos to your Valentine's treat. These are super simple to make and only take 4 ingredients, 6 if you add drizzle and sprinkles. Valentine's Day is a great time to Live, Love, Eat Sweets!
I made a half recipe for the video.
Valentine Oreo Truffles:
Ingredients:
• 8.5 oz Cream Cheese, softened (1 and ½ blocks)
• 15.35 oz Double Stuff Oreo Cookies
• 12 oz Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• ¼ cup Pink Melts
• Valentine Sprinkles
• Strawberry Shortcake Yum Crumbs
Directions:
1. Place oreos in food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
2. Combine cream cheese, crushed oreos, and vanilla, mix until well blended.
3. Using a cookie dough or ice cream scoop form mixture into 1″ balls and place on baking sheet covered with parchment.
4. Using gloved hands you can roll them into a smooth ball.
5. Place in freezer for 30-60 minutes.
6. Melt chocolate by microwaving for 30 second increments stirring and repeating until melted. If you only have tiny pieces of un-melted chocolate, just keep stirring until smooth.
7. Using a knife place a little chocolate on knife, then truffle. Then using spoon, spoon chocolate onto truffle. Lightly tap knife on bowl of chocolate to evenly spread over truffle. Use another knife to carefully return to tray.
8. Melt your pink candy melts, like your chocolate. Place in piping bag or ziplock back and cut the corner tip. Drizzle over chocolate and add sprinkles.
9. Enjoy!
