Really good tutorial, thanks a lot! But I have a problem: in my case the bill is fixed on the cylinder shape, I can move and rotate the cylinder around but the bill is stuck on it. It has always the exact same shape. How did you make the bill move around the cylinder? (It seems that it has something to do with the rotation of the bill in one of the first steps)

You do have that. Please watch carefully again and see that after I picked the vertex tool, I clicked once on the point of the path, and then dragged its handle

It's a bit hard for me to tell the problem without seeing your project, but I suggest you watch the tutorial again from the beginning to the end carefully and I'm sure you will get the results :)

Open up a new comp and make sure you do the rotation in that comp before putting that item into your main comp

You need to enter your precomp with the object. And scale down the object.

I think you need to decrease the size of the paper from the precomp. Try to enter the precomp of your paper, press s to open the scale parameter, scale it down and go back to the main comp to see if it works:)
