Hi, Yota. Luisaviaroma is dissent company, but as with many large companies you get good and not so good customer service. They are not rude, nothing like that. But sometime they are very finicky if you return items. For instance, with my Fendi bag they try to say that I used that bag, Which I didn’t. So, I have written a long letter saying that I have prove of video type, where bag has all stickers attached. At the end, they give me my money back, with little fight. LOL. 😊

@@OxanaLV Oxana, they accused me of removing / altering a tag of a belt - this belt I had in my hands for about 3 minutes, because I could easily see it was much too large for me. I didn't even need to try it on (already told the story to Yota quite a while ago). Very interesting to hear they tried to "betray" other customers as well, blaming them to have used an item or changed anything just to trick the customer to keep the item. I wrote them a very angry message, sent them pictures, and said they could delete my account (I still have the account, but haven't used it anymore ☹). Luckily, I got my money back. I understand online stores have to be careful and check things, but with LVR, I see a pattern. Not good.

Hi Sosa, I love 💙 this bag. Quality is outstanding. But I have to admit that I don’t use it often. It’s very bright summery colour. So I use it only in summer. 🤗

HI Fox, I believe I heard it somewhere. But, in general to achieve this shiny silver look you need palladium coating. It's not as expensive as someone may think. I hope this info is helpful.
