Large base fps optimization when?

I have like 22k instances on my base and it is not even finished. My R5 7600 and RX6800 running the game in performance mode at 30ish fps when I'm at base, so I would really appreciate the fix as well :D so I can finish my base

They have to prioritize the issues. I have a large base and struggle with 25fps in my base but the majority of users aren't building mega bases.

@@JanJirásek-n1n R9 3900X with 32GB ram and a 3090Ti with 24 Gb of Vram and i struggle to get over 30FPS so its not just your machine. I have read that building on the shore helps because you have one side that has no instances.

Made a video about that, about 30-40fps in 1080p medium at just 7 watts of power draw, 25-30 fps around big builds. (native) no metalFX (superior DLSS solution from Apple).

A small update that would add a lot to the game's ambience would be to add more animals, have a variety of animals and skins for customization and it would also add a lot to the game, adding for example: Sheep, Bears, Frogs e etc...

Disagree - I know this suits some people's idea of a better game but then it ends up like modern minecraft where it's just full of garbage like diorite and 15 different colours of wood.

@@_Wombat The game's focus was never on building and creativity, but on exploration. Discovering new biomes, discovering new items, and a biodiversity of mobs would help. I'm tired of killing dwarfs and boars. Minecraft is very poorly updated, there are mobs that don't make sense within the game, and in Valheim, just like a survival game, it needs to have a less repetitive world...

@@Dr__Dracula I see your point that it can get repetitive but I love the simplicity of it. Everything has a purpose. Most of the time I'm never overflowing with an excess of any particular resource because it's all useful. Except trophies, to be fair, those go in the trash chest.

I just got the game a couple weeks ago and am already on day 300. Iron Gate Studios, please add a pirate ship with upper deck and full lower deck interior and a crows nest, and a place on the ship where we can fish. Having a base on the open sea with a workbench, forge, bed and lots of storage space would make this game a 10 out of 10! Cannons on the ship isnt necessary.❤ please add this

We don't care. Reduce the perception of EVERY monster in Ashland, the spawning is insane, sadistic, unplayable. Ennemies can saw and ear us from almost 500meters. Have i to remember to you monsters have infinite Stamina/mana/spawning rate unlimited/cannot draw/can fight in water without restriction... and more ? Please don't destroy this amazing concept, Valheim is great, your work is *messy*

A modern Mac could run it at 60. Apple CPUs are superior by a lot. the base M4 already beats the best pc has to offer by a lot, 3400points for the 14900ks and 3900 for the base M4. At jsut 10 watts lmao, vs whatever the hell intel and amd use these days, hundreds. Single core is king for gaming.

the first game trailer iv seen try to pass off modded gameplay as vanilla. you cannot build structures like 0:25 without mods, never mind play in worlds with them with good performance.

У многих игроков есть масса вопросов к новому обновлению . Что это такое? Что за халтура ? Где уникальность ? Где хоть что-то новое ? Каким образом в пепельных землях висит дебаф сырости ??? Почему огненный троль абсолютно такой же как и обычный троль только с новой моделью ? Зачем нужен огромный корабль кроме как один раз приплыть в пепельные земли ? Какой смысл в осадных орудиях ? Какой смысл в спавнах? Чем все это время занимались разработчики игры ? На дворе 24 год , тем временем iron gate запихивает старые звуки добычи хитина в добычу огнеметалла . Я так понимаю если пепельные земли полностью не переработают , то в принципе игру можно забыть.

There's no proper HiDPI/LowDPI support... M3 16" is 2234p in fullscreen, but desktop is at 1117p (half) while still being sharp (integer scaling) If I set the game to 1117p, it's blurry as hell.....
