There are no Northgate locations in the San Fernando Valley. Another regional Hispanic market is El Super. Los Angeles County does not have any Cardenas Markets locations

Northgate is what I know for all my LA folks 213/323 area. Vallarta is for the Valley folks in the 818.
@mjwbulichАй бұрын
Pretty much. It looks like they decided not to complete against each other. Vallarta gets the Valley, and Northgate gets South LA.
@ericcarson342Ай бұрын
It might be a wise choice to merge. Vallarta absolutely dominates the Valley. But you have others competing with Northgate. Vallarta gobbles up mom and pop as well as National chains and Food 4 Less specifically.

I didn't know about Northgate until I watched this video. It's Vallarta all around me. Love the ceviche and carne asada tortas. I always buy a Vampiro drink when I shop there.

Top value was the real Mexican store in California too bad that store is no more
@BbmangoodАй бұрын
The sad thing is even though that is a really beautiful Mexican supermarket Vallarta it has low quality food. I went shopping there and they don’t carry any and I mean any organic stuff nothing. Very sad because Mexicans and Latin Americans work very hard and they deserve organic food to.

But not at organic prices. 🤑🤑🤑🤑

I’m sure it’s not forced, plus they buy groceries which most likely they were going to buy anyways
