I just received my easy35, I have noticed that the tubes are kind of not clean? Like when I touched them my finger got those carbon powder on it. Can I clean them with alcohol?

Sorry for late reply. Yes you can. I clean the all the time my self. We wanted to make them matt finished to prevent any reflections. We might have gone to the other extreme. -Tuomas

When is the 35mm slide holder going to be available?

We are trying to push it to be available before the end of the year. We want to test it out properly before launching to the public so there might be some slight delays but better be safe than sorry.

Does your kit allow 120mm film scanning as well? I need that.

Our 360 product line does. Sadly this easy35 does not offer option for 120 film.

Can you use a GFX to scan with easy 35? If so what lens have you tested with?

Sure you can! We haven't tested any lenses on the GFX system for the easy35. Just keep in mind that you need to have a filter thread that's compatible (see the list of threads on the listing or on www.valoi.co/easy35lens) and then make sure it covers the sensor and isn't too long. The information you need should be in the link above.
