For me this is perfect, i can bake the pizza's faster then i'm able to prepare them. Even with someone prepping the pizza you can bake a pizza every 1-3 minutes, depending on the style. Fast heating times en less fuel consumption then the bigger models. With only burning wood it takes a bit of space inside but still doable. I like the hybrid method, using gas en just putting a block or 2 of wood inside to have an authentic smell at the dinner table :) . Haven't noticed any noticable flavour difference using wood or gas only.
