This is so lovely, the dancing clean, unfussy, yet so light and graceful and impelled by a flow of energy (and you can see young Merrill Ashley in the corps) Just impeccable performing - only then it looks like it was filmed by a camera strapped to a rollercoaster. I bet Balanchine could not have been happy with that.

I danced/premiered this with Boston Ballet and yes it was quite "puffy" as Johnny says (understatement). We danced this Ballet for years.
