The pure rock slim 2 would be good if you need something that performs good enough for any stock CPU (maybe with some light overclocking on lower TDP chips), is quiet and is small. Compared to a stock cooler, the main benefits would be that it's quieter at idle and under load, looks nicer and will keep the CPU running cooler, if that's a concern, whilst being relatively cheap. The Arctic 34 will probably do all of those too, just it's a little larger. You can't go wrong with either if need an aftermarket CPU cooler, but a stock cooler will be enough for stock operation for the CPU it came with, especially the AMD variants.

This would be a wonderful cooler for a Dell 3670 because of its height. However the company does not provide the spring loaded screw in mounting hardware. Really sad.

I Will be testing this cooler with the 5800x3d because my and wraith that came stock with my 2700x is no longer good. It makes a lot of noise because i run it near 100% most of the time and cpu temps go up to 85c. Like it if you want to know the results

Nice review, but a few suggestions: at 8:30 the graph should be labeled with cpu/motherboard details, rather than having to listen to your narration. At 1:16 the text with bullet points is too large, and formatting is off. Hard to read. This could be improved.

@@DeividHeisenberg Well I ran the stock cooler and it would run at 60 degrees on idle and about 85-95 on full load. I used this cooler and I’m running what I believe to be good temps of around 30-40 on idle or simple tasks and about 60 on normal full game load with discord open. The only strange exception I have are for intense games like Cyberpunk and Assassins Creed Valhalla on Ultra. The cpu can get very very warm. Hope this helps 😊

@@federicoandry4039 It’s very very quiet but not silent. I have a blower style gpu so it’s hard for me to really detail how quiet but apart from sound the actual performance is amazing for the cheap price.
