Lawyer here - basic explanation of what happened to Alex: This was a “Default Judgement.” That means Alex did not reply to the lawsuit within the 30 day time limit from when he is served a copy of the lawsuit - which here it sounds like he was never properly served. Normally, a Judge will allow you to “cure” the Default by filing an Answer and then continuing a normal Trial. This Judge didn’t allow that and entered a hard Default Judgement, so he’s PRESUMED to be liable/guilty. Then they still need to “Prove Up Damages.” Basically, they hold a mini-trial to go over Alex’s finances so the Jury can determine how much in Damages they want to award. During this “Prove Up” phase, Alex is still not allowed to defend himself from (1) the underlying case or (2) the amount of money they say he has. In my opinion, this is the worst type of Constitutional violation there is because it’s designed to trick the layperson since it appears as if there was a “Trial.” He never had a chance to defend himself. This is the equivalent of a group of bullies holding Alex by the arms while 3 people take turns punching him in the face, belly and balls.
@trajan74 Жыл бұрын
Sounds like he was given the opportunity to defend himself and chose not to. Probably didn't help his case that his own idiot lawyers sent the opposition copies of his emails and text messages. He very likely wouldn't have had a chance at trial to begin with.

Sandy Hook asked for the judge to award the maximum punitive damages which could have been up to $2.75T. The judge ruled in November 2022 that he would have to pay $473M in punitive damages. So he’s playing dumb about a court decision that was made eight months ago. And this is why he’s in the situation he’s in because he keeps trying to play dumb. He’s trying to brush off why default judgements were ordered in his cases when he spent multiple years not complying with discovery requests and court orders. He had plenty of time to cooperate with the courts orders and continually refused to do so leading to his default judgements. The situation he’s in now is all his own doing and he’s still going with it.

Start researching, "William 'Bill' Cooper" and you'll learn that over 30 years ago he was the first person to start educating the people on what the Government has planned for us. And what's happening in our Country and the world today is exactly what Bill Cooper predicted over 30 years ago. But what got him ultimately canceled (murdered) was when he predicted the events of 9/11 on his Radio Show one month BEFORE 9/11. Mr. Cooper even said that the Government would immediately blame the attacks on Osama Bin Laden that would lead to endless wars in the Middle East. One month after Mr. Cooper predicted 9/11, the Government sent a Police SWAT Team on false pretenses to Bill Cooper's house and murdered him in order to cancel him forever from exposing our corrupt Government! I love Alex Jones, but there wouldn't be a Alex Jones without, William 'Bill' Cooper paving the way. R.I.P. William 'Bill' Cooper
