Obstacles do not block the path, they are the path. If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere. Always remember guys that difficulties mastered are opportunities won. Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't. Hi guys! It's me again :) You might have seen me before but my desire to inspire more people is what keeps me pushing to reach out more. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we just graduated college and were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I started it out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second one currently under construction but launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

5 different ways people Handel conflicts 1) the stubborn one (lowest level) 2) the accommodator 3) avoiding 4) compromiser 5) collaborate (highest level) 8 ways to address conflicts 1) soft on a person, hard on the conflict 2) shorten the lifespan of a conflict 3) gather data -qualify the data -quantify the conflict( put a number) 4) don’t hyperbolise 5) get a second opinion 6) deal direct or let it go 7) set aside your pride/ego 8) let go off the dead weight

It seems the most important part of a conflict is to shorten the conflict lifespan. This allows more room for more urgent higher importance events.

*Never be afraid for conflicts and be truthful to yourself. Being a pushover will result everyone wanting to ride on you. Being used builds up deep resentment, even if you are thinking that you are nice to people. Confronting on rightful reasons, ads up a zest to your character. Ultimately, be humble and rational.*

This is gold and so many people need to hear it! Everyone avoids conflict which makes it worse. Deal with the conflict head-on, smash through the problem and create a solution. You will praise yourself in the future for doing it.

dead weight issues have been recurring. it is only since implementing "focus on what is important." been saying for near a decade or more "a wealthy man can indeed pass through the eye of a needle, it is just a matter of focus." five words clarified My comprehension. I have noticed a shift. food I don't need to worry about. managing money and environment I do. two months ago I focused on moving money between accounts. only adding money to card before going to the shop. all My bills are covered for the next two months. and I have no need to use this months money till next month for common daily items. I am happy with that conflict resolve : )

what do you do when people are being passive aggressive and when you confront them about it, they deny it and continue the passive aggressive behavior. And also they are spreading the passive aggressive behavior trying to get more people to also be passive aggressive.?? major issue I'm dealing with. I keep trying to confront them directly and they just pretend their not doing aything. It's seriously demented.
