The thing I enjoyed about judo is that it was technique based and not strength based that's coming from someone who was at the time an extremely strong lightweight my instructor literally told me when grappling with me I felt like a light heavyweight I'd attribute that to full body workouts and compound exercises and as corny as it sounds believing In Yourself because if you don't believe in yourself than who's gonna believe in you

Listen again, Bas tells you plain and simple. “Wrestling” The wrestler gets to decide where the fight goes! It’s the glue that holds all the other disciplines together. If you do not have wrestling, you are simply at the mercy of your opponent.
