This is my second best battle report that you have made! It have everything. Best intro EVER. Great rule following (even if something was missed you ALWAYS say it later which was super awesome). Constant back and forward battle. Cullen with his missfire. Great atmosphere. Just thanks to you guys for doing it. This extra chariot wouldn't hurt, as it take less models from this fight all the time. For everyone what was best battlereport for me it was bias due to me playing High elves and it was first time when HE win so much with different list on your channel. I belive this was Steve vs Luka. Fist scenerio of End Times, when Manfred wanted to rise Nagash, and Steve just roll over his army with massive 6 dices for long charges ;).

i love the intro voice over and narrative aspect amazing work guys really helps pull you in. i've got to say though his Manfred voice would also double very well as a tomb king voice. it's funny how strangely close the two voices are especially knowing how close the two factions are in lore. anyways thanks for the great video guys and for every person who made this kickstarter a reality! and hopefully we can look forward to some kings gameplay in the future.

Not played fantasy since 4th edition. Good memories. Even 8th edition is a good recall. I recall my Chaos OP list. Bringing me back, I beseech thee! No Vampire Counts back then. Just Undead... Mummies and Ghosts. Chaos Warriors with great weapons. Man that batshit balance WS6, S6, T4, Armour 3. Nobody beat Chaos. God I loved fantasy. Thank you for bringing me back to fantasy. I remember even the stats...

Grate Battle rapport. Rules wise for future. Fast cavalry doesn't get -1 to hit in shooting after move. Pistol don't get -1 to hit in shooting for long range and while stand and shoot. You get one extra attack with brace of pistols but only on foot. Pistoleers don't get it. Magic resistance give you save for hits from miscast. Characters with different size get 4+ lookout Sir (and I think if they are away 6" from unit and not being first target).

Fantastic Batrep. Really well thought out lists (that Empire list is beautiful), and you guys were clearly having a great time, and the game was good as well. EDIT: I THOUGHT that Empire list looked too good to be true!!! Also it was great to see some special characters. Maybe towards the final run of the Batreps you could even try a 3000 Batrep for more epicness!

To be fair to the goof discussed at the end, the engineer brought with the hellblaster also did basically nothing, so his points were also essentially dead weight in Cullen's army.

I think Cullen needs to be a bit calmer when he needs good dice rolls, especially with the artillery die. Too frequently he drops them or tosses them. You need the die to turn over several times. If it doesn't, you have a high probability of getting the result at the top when the die is "thrown". If you hold the misfire marker up and drop or toss the tie, you've got a good chance of it coming up again.

Cullen had 4 turns to shoot the zombies with the cannon. Maybe it would have missfired, but in the end the zombie charge made all the difference

Think you forgot to use Prayers with your Warrior Priest. Anyway great battle! Never played 8th edition, in 6th and 7th the Master Engineer could not use his reroll artillery dice on the Hellblaster, unsure if its the case in 8th.

Also, champion in pistoliers should have had +1 to hit on his regular pistol (BS 4), unless Brace of Pistols count as multiple shots. And dont forget, the Engineer in the Steam tank can shoot his repeater Pistol :D!

Nope, if he's in the unit it's a 2+ regardless of if he's stuck at the side, it's only a 4+ if he's out of the unit but within 3" of one.

I feel like Fear was nerfed pretty hard in 8th edition and I have an idea for a potential house rule.... "if a unit that causes fear charges an enemy unit the enemy unit, that unit subtracts 1 from their fear check roll." "At the beginning of combat, If a unit that causes fear outnumbers the unit that they are engaged in combat with that unit subtracts 1 from their Fear check for each rank of 5 or more that they are outnumbered by." Would that be too powerful?

Oh how I hated those super accurate 8th edition "lasercannons". I was also a vampire player and cannons basically meant that you dont bring any monsters to the table. They just die too often from cannons.
