Nice run. Was hoping to see one of those special death animations in killing those vulture like creatures starting 10:57. Happened only once in one of my playthroughs and there must have been a very specific point to hit and sever the bird's arteries. Never seen so much blood/gore before.

Apparently speedrunners dread Harpy decapitations, because the fountaining gore causes heavy slowdown... but man, that is the most satisfying death animation in the traditional series. I once got two going simultaneously, time stood still. :3 Almost Monty Python-ish how the Harpy itself is totally unaffected by the loss of its brainbox, haha!

Nope! Flattered to be asked though. ;3 I make some silly mistakes (getting hit is never a good thing in this game, with the power-down), but at the time I just wanted to get a passable demonstration recorded.
