The cab used for our stream was provided by Psychic Drive. (www.psychicdrive.com/welcome) The owner has a JAMMA passthrough device that allows players to use their own arcade sticks. P2 in the match you timestamped was using their own stick.

I think it's cool to watch, but I never enjoyed playing it so much. It's an extremely slow game, the strike animations are purely dragged, the strikes are sung. The rule is clear: if there is a parry, it is because the game is slow.
