Tvrtko Kaurinović Vampyr didn’t have the budget, team nor a AAA studio that Witcher did and they made a good game. Imagine if they had more money and more people.

I think it's safe to say he dies sometime after the games conclusion, as his goals and aims are too extreme and insane, even for the Ascalon Club. But we won't truly find out until we get a sequel.

It’s bad. Unless you’re doing a “eat everyone and screw the consequences” run, it’s not worth it. You lose more XP (2,000 I believe) than you’ll gain, Elizabeth will strongly dislike you so no happy ending for you, you lose a lot of XP on a crucial part of the game, districts will lose 20-30% of health so everybody will get sick at once and their overall district heath will drop and might even colapse depending on how low it was to begin with (it can go from healthy to total collapse easily), If a district collapsed and you haven’t finished all the side missions there its more likely that you won’t be able to since characters will start to die. It’s just a mess and not worth it.

If you letting him die, all disrict status goes Sanitized except West end, if you not embraced anyone or Not even once playthrough. It goes 3 district status 100%.
