Use poly fill to fill up spaces like he did with the hair instead of more joints, joints cause lag so using joints to fill spaces can add up and cause issues, it’s also just harder to do anyway.

This has helped me a lot all I have problem is with the joints when I move them there is a small opening I cannot cover. Either way great video.

Don't worry you just need to start making the accessory which is connected to the node of the head, so just try that and it will move with it
