Nowhere to Run was filmed in summer'92 while he was promoting Universal Soldier ( he even say that in Arsenio in the release of that movie, check it on KZbin). Timecop was filmed in 1993 to be released in 1994. Here was January 1993. He was in a pre production for Timecop😎
