If a gas isn't ideal, then PV=nRT won't cut it. In fact, the values you get from the ideal gas law can be 10-20% different from what you get in real life.
the Van der Waals equation for non-ideal gases fixes that - but you need the van der Waals constants a and b, which account for intermolecular interactions and non-zero volume of molecules.
