I can image fans at the end of this song thinkin, "Holy SHIT", but they had other musicians, including some who had already made it big with a blank stare, goin, "Guh..." Back in 77, you had to be in awe that a band like that just came out of nowhere. There's a book of pictures of the band by their official photographer with a bunch of comments by other musicians, many of them repetitive to the point of, "The first time I heard them, I knew they'd dominate", stuff of that nature.
