I'm 17 and I love 80's music like this. Van Halen is my favorite band of all time and always will be. They just don't make music like this anymore. Nobody takes pride in their music...instead we got damn hip-hop/pop shit with everybody auto tuning their voices. I GUARANTEE that the hip-hop/pop artists could put on a powerful,meaningful, and great performance like this. ROCK 4ever!!!

Live or on record, he has SUCH a distinctive drum sound, especially that snare. I remember back in the day when we were all still listening to the radio and Van Halen was a young band, and I heard a new song on the radio with that distinctive snare sound and immediately knew it was Alex, therefore this must be a new VH song!

I saw Van Hagar in Norfolk, Va. 1995 and they truly kicked ass!!! Never liked Roth's voice. I always thought they sounded best with Sammy singing. Sweet memories and I swear to God, I think my ears are still ringing! Please turn that up.

I went to phs Van Halen was good with David Lee Roth and Red Rocker and what I remember about going to PHS was if I smoke a doobie from Sierra Madre I just walked upstairs looked in the first time you know that's not my teacher I've got back downstairsSmoke doobie and went right back to learning LaSalle High School in Pasadena and PHS they both Rock God bless him and all the days of their lifetime

Van Halen is, historically, two different bands. One fronted by David Roth, one by Sammy Hagar. I've seen both, many times, live. I've also seen Sammy with his own band. I have NEVER been disappointed with any performance. But in my heart of hearts..........Van Halen is best with David Lee. He was there at the very genesis of one of the greatest rock bands of all time.
