Haven't commented in a while. But felt compelled to today. Yoga with Dee follow along video is the thing I never knew I needed in my life! Would totally not object if you made this a regular video release 😊 This is one of the many reasons I love your Ford Transit Connect layout design so much, it allows the space to be able to stretch ❤🐞

Awesome video Dee, our body is our most valuable asset. To keep your body in good shape, to fill it with proper nutrients, to drink water, sooo important. Especially as you say, when you drive a lot, you have to counter the effects of all that sitting. You are so smart Dee, thanks for sharing your stretch routine. 🥰 I can certainly benefit from your suggestions, so thank you!

And build strength. It is so important. Great video. Thank you for making it. Good reminder & you gave me some ideas. ❤️

I enjoyed watching you stretch, Dee, and your movements were very thought provoking. All of the stretches looked very tension releasing, and I was impressed by your flexibility and how you were able to do the stretches so gracefully in such a small space. I stretch several times per day for very short periods and even though they are not long in duration, I feel relaxed when they are completed. My favorite stretch is the spinal twist that you demonstrated, especially when my back “pops”. I will incorporate some of these into my stretching routine. Thanks. I just arrived in Flagstaff AZ, a college town with lots of amenities which is one of my favorite cities in the US and highly recommended. Prior to Flagstaff, I stopped at Rachel, NV that has a population of near zero along the very lonely Extraterrestrial Highway. It is home to the Little A’Le’Inn complex that includes a good, very quirky restaurant and a free camping area. Be careful if you go, I was briefly pursued by space aliens but managed to elude them. Definitely worth a stop. Then I spent a relaxing night camping at the scenic Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

Breathing in to the stretch makes it a deeper stretch. I wouldn't pull the opposite since your body breathing deeply will do that on its own so don't force a stretch that the body won't allow. This is in general from a former LMT. Another tip: get a tennis ball, these work wonders for those knots and can be placed between you and the drivers seat on a muscle/knot while driving. Hold stretch for at least 10sec

That's pretty comprehensive! You could add some cat-cow and sphynx/cobra after child's pose, some quad stretches (from lying facedown, grab heel and pull towards butt, OR just freely kick your butt), and some toe stretches (from squat, bring knees closer together and drop them down to the ground, using hands to control), some inner leg (from squat, extend one leg out to the side, OR press elbows to knees to force them wide open)
