Hi, we are Stephen, Jess and little Hunter, a travelling van life family who self-converted their dream house on wheels - we now live full-time in our Sprinter van called Cooper as we do a full lap of our home Australia.

Cheers guys! We know how difficult it can be even having a routine in a van period, let alone with kids! We van life for a while with a 5 and 7 year old and at times it can be absolute chaos! We love the way you are handling things, living out of your van but then taking a break in airbnbs. That's something we would have loved to try as it would make things so much more sustainable! Also, our 7 year old is now obsessed with your channel :)

Thanks for giving us a glimpse at your day. As nana to 3 precious grandchildren I would absolutely agree with those same “witching hours” for them. Always good to hear you’re not alone when it comes to your child’s behavior. Hunter is obviously a normal well adjusted happy child with common times of crankiness like her peers.

Hunter has grown up, we travelled Australia working especially in WA and where also adventurous 4 wheel drivers with a single child, she appreciates all the good times and some bad that we had, she has grown up a much wiser women and we have two beautiful grand daughters, so guys enjoy your time with Hunter as she grows up and she will always be so thankful for the life she has had. Wow KZbin recommended me your channel when you first had Hunter and I was so intrigued because my toddler Andrew is 2 days younger than Hunter (born June 4, 2020) and I've lived in Australia long-term twice (before covid). Let me just say I'm shocked to hear that Hunter wakes up at 5 am!! Andrew wakes up around 9:30! And I usually sleep until about the same time. I love that she loves to read. I see a lot of the same mannerisms and developmental skills in Andrew. She is so smart!

Lovely vlog😊.. Love how Hunter eats everything.. And eats your food to🤗.. My kids I always ate what we had (except what they couldn't due to allergies) .. And loads of veggies and spicy food.. And they still (age 9 and 16) eat nearly everything and are so easy to feed and love Thai, Mexican, Chinese, Italian etc.. It's so important for kids to learn to try everything and eat as much variety as possible! You can get Finger toothbrushes for babies.. I use to give that to my kids so they could "brush" their own teeth .. Then we brushed their teeth together.. I used the normal toothbrush between them "brushing" their teeth. That kept them happy because they could do it a bit themselves😊. Also maybe try a different toothpaste.. My kids liked some, hated others.. At Hunters age they like strawberry flavor toothpaste.

I love the peek into what a normal day looks like. I had 1 of 4 kids who had a (witching hour) struggle daily. She out grew it though and is a very strong young lady. I hope you live like this for a long time, maybe moving to bigger vehicles as your family grows, but people who homeschool and travel live the most amazing lives. I love seeing you both enjoy the toddler stage. It is such an amazing sweet time of life.

Hunter is absolutely the cutest baby💝💝even my husband watched this one with me this morning, and he would laugh when she would do something cute! The kangaroos were so hilarious-that one was like lounging on the beach all sprawled out! It looks like you guys have mastered the van life very well with a toddler, and remember not to sweat the small stuff. I’m a grandma now and wish that I wouldn’t have stressed over the little things like tantrums, refusing to eat, etc. but you two seem relaxed with it all and are doing a wonderful job💜💜loved the vlog!
