All those red rock formations are 😍 The Zion footage brings back so many memories! Sorry to hear Angels Landing trail was closed. When we visited the park in 2016, Peter hiked up there while I (Tommy) stayed down, it looked way too scary for me 😬

I'm kind grateful it was closed- way to scary for me! haha Paul on the other hand was ready to sneak up there... lol

Nice video. Love the boondocking desert spots. So quiet and peaceful. Not sure about that snake 🐍 though. Nope rope, danger noodle. The cave was cool looking too. Have you seen the pup cups on amazon for Orlando? High wave auto dog mug. We have 3 and love them. Just a though. Check out the painted desert or Red Rock canyon. Hoover dam is close and Route 66 in Kingman is not far. Grand Canyon is not too far. Stay safe 👍🏼

Yes- we've been LOVING boondocking in the desert. We checked out Red Rock Canyon and loved it! Grand Canyon is slowly re-opening I believe- we may come back when it's fully open. Thanks for the tip on the pup cup! We'll have to definitely check it out. :-)

Where did you camp at near Zion? I would love to know since I’m suv camping alone and that looked like a great spot by the water. Also I had no idea Cracker Barrel was okay with overnight Parking! I’m so glad I know this now

Hi Chad and Paul, 1. Have you ever had a flat tire? 2. If yes, how did you get it fixed? 3. Have you thought of installing something to hold a spare tire? 4. Have you thought about installing a composting toilet (to save water use)? 5. What is your first go to for overnight boondocking.. beside Cracker Barrel that is? Thanks!
@ChadandPaul4 жыл бұрын
Hey there! Never had to fix a flat- we've considered adding a spare but for us it's not worth the weight or inconvenience- we have a great fix a flat system that comes standard with Travatos. We've thought about a composting toilet as well, but the system we have is fine now- we conserve our water well and have never felt stuck looking for a dump station. On the Eastcoast crackerbarrels and other parking lots are more prevalent. In the west (where we are now) there are a ton of boondocking spots on BLM land, national forest land, etc. It's been pretty easy finding beautiful spots to stay (we're parked next to a beach on the Oregon coast at the moment).

Is that big dinner table a pain to set up? Seems so bulky. Could a smaller lagoon table be installed?
@ChadandPaul4 жыл бұрын
@@lynnhoffman90 Yes, a lagoon table is definitely on our list of mods! Frankly it's not a terrible inconvenience to set up, but when you're feeling lazy (or very hungry) it's enough to make you want to eat on the beds rather than set it up! lol

“...stays in Las Vegas!” haha :) Great video guys! The flute scene was very artistic. Also, the blankets on your beds are EXACTLY what I’m looking for-they match well with the gray curtains I hung under the pizza oven. Would you be willing to say where you got them so I can steal your look? (My K shares the same color scheme.)
