As for carrying a crimp tool on your next trip; consider carrying a small (12cm) pair of MoleGrips. These can work as a great temporary crimper and are also useful for holding nuts, screwing in small bolts, clamping things together etc. Safe trip home all.

The exPAWErs Utubers were trying to travel back to the UK also. I believe they had problems when they tried to go through France. They decided to turn back to Spain, and I believe they were going to try to again, but via Portugal? Best of luck trying to get back home!

Yes we saw the video! I think as we're transiting back home to our country of residence, we should be able to get through France. It's more difficult for those guys as they're on Spanish plates and also can't travel anywhere during the UK lockdown. We were chatting to them about it and I think they're planning to come back to the UK in the Spring when things have (hopefully) eased up a bit! Keep your fingers crossed for a smooth trip back 😅

I think it's wise to head for the UK with River before Brexit gets serious and they may (who knows) make it more difficult to re-enter with pets. I'm not rushing into paying £200 for a blood test that might not be needed. Great video as always.

We drove from the French Alps to the Uk in the last lockdown and were never stopped and asked why we were traveling..
