Hey, love the van! Which mm of xps did you go with? 30 or 50? Also, where can I purchase the exact butyl tape you used? And lastly, are you confident that this build and all the products you used will ensure no condensation/mould issues will arise? Looking to deck my van out but do not want the risk of mould. thanks!

Hey Makayla, for the XPS board I used 30mm as I wanted to save as much head room as possible. I've found it to be more than sufficient and based on its high density has given my floor a very sturdy base. The butyl tape I bought was from bunnings, and here's the exact link on the product www.bunnings.com.au/one-on-one-48mm-x-5m-heavy-duty-double-sided-sealing-tape_p1091267 As far as moisture control, the number one thing that gives me confidence that it's controlled is the vent fan I've installed (video coming) if you wanted to go beyond what I've done to control moisture, you could use plastic to seal in around the rock wall cavities (look up moisture barrier). But honestly, there's debate about whether or not that's effective if even necessary. The only times moisture should be a real concern in the build would be if cooking inside the van, and with that if recommend a vent fan and as much air flow as possible. Hope this helps👌🏼

Do you have a link to the design you used for the sliding bed? Trying to RE create but hard to visualise :)
