Everything that is hand built is the coolest, especially when you're talking about vehicles. Get a TMV for about £30 (Thermostatic mixing valve) ... instead of feeding your shower hot water only, you connect the outlet of the TMV to the pipe which feeds your shower, and connect the hot and cold feed from your van to the inlets on the TMV ...Set the temperature you like on the TMV... The TMV will then regulate the temperature of the mixed water going to your existing shower valve... you're welcome. 😊

My family always love how you blow us a kiss at the end of your videos. 💞 I feel you should design a small space home with a mezzanine, to tow from your van so when you ever need extra space, it's there. Hi Ame You might try dialing back the temperature setting on your water heater, if your heater has a serring for that. Iit would save on fuel too, besides making the shower more usuable. Safe travels!

Hi Ame use a matchstick or two and a little glue to plug up the screw holes where the hinges came off. You can then remount the door screwing into the same holes. On your shower put a Y feed into the pipe with a valve on the cold side. Then you can set up the blend so the water is the right temperature. You never need to adjust them unless someone else is using. Get a professional to refit a diesel heater for you. On your next van get air suspension fitted you can have the van self level at parkups and the ride is sublime. There is nothing wrong with collecting things they act as markers to our memories even more so than photos as they have a tactile as well as a visual trigger and sometimes the strongest trigger of all a smell. Keep being wonderful Ame.

Hey Ame, what a detailed close up tour of Gloria - we have seen snippets over the years but never the whole package revealed in one episode! What an amazing effort by you to create Gloria from scratch, so much effort and time and skill needed!!👏Loved the Matrix moment, that was funny, the jacket really did fit the movie and I never thought of it before 😀 I think you have had the chandelier just about 6 months or so - was it not Gourdon you got it? Ame's awesome...kind of a balance in class, carefree, intellect, minor spurts of seeming silliness, and pragmatism....grounded yet free spirited or at least that's what vibe I seem to get from her...generally laid back and content but with occasional overflows of multiple things roaming around at random in the mind to be picked through and analyzed to see if they're worth pursuing further consideration of or if they'll just have to wait and tossing them into the shady corner of her mind for later....kinda like I generally tend to be...95% of the time goofing off, cracking jokes and just enjoying My chosen surroundings and 5% of the time being completely pragmatic and serious....as in I only do it when I really need to....but I imagine her percentile ratios are qute a bit more closely balanced.

Love your van! Great job on it. So cozy. The pink is so good! Try some packing cubes to organize clothes cabinets, a vinyl pop up tub in the open space to bath in a couple inches of water, a pop up clothes hamper for inside the shower or hanging one behind front seat, and a few baskets etc to organize all your cabinets. Sorry…the decorator in me wants to get you more organized. Ha!

You can have a one tap shower by installing a thermostatic mixing valve in the pipework, so its fed by the hot can cold supply and set it to the right temperature when you install it (e.g. 38). Make sure you also install a non return valve (some are integrated) so no hot water goes back into your cold supply.

The best way to get more room in a mini fridge is to give the one you have now to good will and buy a mini fridge that has no freezer but comes with a light lol much more room and less draw on you're power if you need to freeze something buy ice and a small cooler and go with that if you need to freeze anything :) just a heads up
