Van Tour Of Step Van Bread Truck. This is Paul and Elle's 1989 bread truck step van that he converted into his tiny house on wheels. Paul and Elle both decided to live off grid for different reasons but Paul worked at a grocery store as a deli manager in Florida for 10 years. He never traveled, but always wanted to and when his dog passed, he decided to take a leap and change his entire life. Living the van life and off grid was something he dreamed about and decided to make that dream a reality. Over the last 4 years Paul has been updating the bread truck to be more off grid ready. When he meet Elle they did a major update to the bread truck making it livable for two people. They've be traveling all over the USA enjoying the van life and living off grid.

There are lots of ways to stay open to change...I think the absolute best way is Meditation. There is nothing wrong with having a nice place to lay your head at night and a way to stay clean and cook food. You really worked for this van, your footprint is nothing compared to other people, and it's groovy. Let yourself off the hook already. It's ok for you to be comfortable. I’m only down for so much “discomfort” myself. Love what you did. The recycled wood (pallet wood?), even the cabinets. Don’t think I would have gone with a cooler quite that long. Nice that you have everything off solar. That would be my goal.
