Don't be an idiot. Population control attempts have been a disaster in all the countries it has been tried. Artificial Control of the population is not at all feasible and must not be attempted by humans. The whole ideology has been based on false theories and baseless claims. You can see prime examples in China, Japan, the UK etc.. which as idiotically implemented population control methods as your claim and is now encouraging people to have more children providing subsidies and govt benefits for more children. People like Elon Musk have been calling for population growth everywhere and for government to provide it.

What is the limit for all these parameters in a balanced state? Is there any statistical analysis to help maintain the balance in modern times? Why culling is not applicable for the species that are exploding in population? In himachal monkey is a vermin 😂 Random culling why it's not really happening? Why can't the publuc hunt it in their domain on being intruded? Is that not really something that should be allowed ? Especially, during the harvest seasons of each crop at least? Culling of wild boars should be liberalized in the social habitat. Why deer farming cannot be commercialized for meat and hides? Will that really upset the balance or make them extinct? Mountain Squirrels can 8sed for dog food and hides. Why elephants should be captured and used for the forest department beat forces to keep wildlife from intruding in Why its not possible? See if there is a will there us a way.. Why grow forests only for rains Why rubber plantations are not good enough for that or what? Why rubber board cannot define the price of procurement from local farmers @ 250-300 rupees per KG? Then use the carbon credits earned to subsidize and supply to rubber product manufacturers. Excess requirement must be imported and supplied at cost to cost by yhe the rubber board. So the benefits of carbon credit is evenly benefitting all is that not what is a win-win formula? Why only new plantation should enjoy to plant and then suffer without a MSP? See everything can be done bit Why it's not done is because the common good and financial security is not thought of and executed always gavoring everything those in power publuc service and corporates while 94 percent spend through their noses toaintain the divine classic of 1-6 percent. This is social injustice, violation of huma rights, violation of constitution, misuse of office and authority... Reformation should be in the interests of 94% on priority.
