This is my humble attempt to help all students and new immigrants in planning their initial expense and monthly expense in Canada. This is based on my own experience, hopefully this is help you :-)

Hello Sir, your videos are very very informative spl as an aspiring banker. I came to Canada in 2018 and I’m gearing up to start My professional career soon. Just a little thing, I did buy furniture as a student and it wasn’t a great idea. I ended up reselling it for 1/2 the price on market place. So my suggestion to all students at least will be to find a furnished room/house. For students no need to bulk yourself with extra stuff and spl furniture. For the rent I’d say if you share a room it would cost around 350-450 and if you take a private room it should be around 600 or if you’re lucky even 500. :) hope you didn’t mind my comment, many many thanks again for all the information and guidance.
