I like your content. The Pho is so subjective in Vancouver. There are a few good ones on Victoria, one of them make their own broth with no msg. Pho is all over the place. I'm sure everyone has their own go to place. There is a really good one on fraser street near Kingsway, they have the beef short rib bone on pho. MUST TRY! Restaurant is Pho Long. I don't think any other pho restaurant has that. Pho Long also has a big drink collection. My favorite is their soda condensed milk with egg. Their viet coffee is also top notch.

Beef short rib bone in Pho? We need to check it out. whats the price on that? Anson is always up for a good Vietnamese coffee. ☕ Wheres your favourite place to get Viet Coffee?

@kingkaieats pho long isn't expensive. I forgot the price but you really need to try that beef bone on pho, only one in town! Im pretty sure that bowl was under $25. You could check the google reviews on it. Every pho restaurant has Vietnamese coffee so it is hard to say which place is good. It depends on the beans and the condense milk. I feel like every place is the same. At pho long, get the soda condensed milk with raw egg. That drink is awesome!

​@kingkaieats "Got Phở" aka Thiên Kim, I really enjoy their Nem nướng. I love the family that runs this place! They changed hands a few years ago but kept the menu the same. It's on Nanaimo and Broadway.

I guess I'm in a rut because I always have pho tai, and it has always come with basil. After your review, I'll be visiting Mỹ Châu and having the fried chicken pho with the coriander.

@@kingkaieats Is there a place called Pho Tai? I meant the beef soup with rare beef. It's the only Vietnamese soup I've had for many years. The other Vietnamese dishes I've had regularly are lemon grass chicken, grilled pork chops, and spring rolls, and it's gotten routine. With your guys' help, I'm going to try new things in Asian cuisine.
