what if the issue is not serious? and if they knew there would of been issues they would of sold?

Both good questions, if it wasn't a serious issue the FDA would not contact them about a minor issue. Anything not show stopping wont get communication The 2nd question is alot more complicated as it could be several things, 1. The FDA called after rejecting all the offers, the board sees a possible CRL as not an issue in the long term (I am still long term bullish), or the board might want to keep collecting a paycheck, based on some of the data the board doesnt own alot of shares, so they don't have any incentive for selling
