@@commandtcommandv5462 Have you considered trying to extend "Secrets" (or "The Source of Secrets") of Mike Oldfield's "Tubular Bells III"? He's taking a short sequence, repeats it a few times, then slightly alters it, thereby slowly building up the piece. One could "easily" extend it to an hour by "just" repeating each sequence a few more times. I'd try it myself, but I lack any skill in stitching the pieces together, it'd take me weeks to get it right.

I've listened to it a few times already, and I still can't find any seams. How do you do that? I'm using Audacity, and I can hardly get a ring tone to repeat seamlessly. Are you using similar tools more skilfully or are you doing something else entirely?

+Pun Boleh Thank you for your inquiry! I use "GarageBand". This is an application included with macOS and available as a free download for Windows. When connecting the imported music data, I do not simply cut and connect, but making fine adjustments to the volume. Rhythm is important here. I'm an amateur Bassist, so I search at the rhythm and melody objectively and find the good points to connect. Once I have a rough edit, I will listen to this over and over again to finish it. It's complete when I can't hear the joints even if I listen to it myrself. Like you, I also use "Audacity", but for adjusting Pitch and Tempo to create secondary music source for editing. Old music recorded on analog tape changes in Pitch and Tempo each time it is remastered. So, equalize this with "Audacity". However, I don't edit with "Audacity", and I use "GarageBand" for editing. The version I'm using "GarageBand" is v.10.3.5. The first one I started editing was v.4 which was included in the old MacOS. Although v.10 allows detailed editing, it has the disadvantage that the end point of writing is not fixed, so I feel that it is not suitable for creating loop sound sources. On the other hand, v.4 was rough, but it was very convenient to set the correct end point and loop. I have "Genesis - Mama - 10min. Drum Machine" and "Sgt. Pepper Inner Groove - 10min. - The Beatles" on my channel, but these are made with v.4. My PC have some complete loop that lasts as long as it's not turned off, but uploading it to a platform like KZbin converts the data, so downloading it wasn't seamless. In any case, I enjoy using a mostly free application. For your information... :)
