I fell in love with Ennio when I was confused teen in India. Today I'm forty and I've been listening to his music since then. Actually I got introduced to Ennio for the first time through Richard Clayderman's piano cover album - The Fantastic Movie Story of Ennio Morricone. For me Cinema Paradiso is the most favourite. Both the movie and the music have changed my life. I silently bow my head to the master. His music brings peace to me. Makes me forget everything else. ❤

HE IS IN LOVE! HE is still alive and some of the Beatles are not! The group is mostly still alive and stable and performs together! They are perhaps more ethical, talented and stable than any other group of that era and this song is considered the top masterpiece of that era! IT DOES NOT SEEM DATED PARTLY DUE TO THE DEEPTH OF THE RECORDING WHICH THEY THOUGHT UP, NOT THE BEATLES ENGINEER., PRODUCER, George Martin! Each member of the group are multity talented songwriters, engineers, singers, and play more than one instrument well! No other group I know of can claim that. They started out more like session musicans and engineers in the same studio and became friends!

HE deeply loves her because he could put another picture up other than her. Tragically, the song is mostly a response to his wife who requested MORE attention! I assume he is still VERY HAPPILY married to her! The song is very emigmatic, is he thinking of the relationship and then denying it and gave the rest to God hence the ethereal heavenly sound. When he sings "when I call you up don't think you've got it made". It suggests he's not in love. Anyway, I love the song very peaceful.

+cheryl Dawn Thank you! Throughout, the song is about a man who is always in love with her. When he calls her, she can tell that he likes her, so he acts childishly stubborn to make sure she doesn't get the wrong idea, "Don't think you've got it made" :)

If I can request anything Dark Side related, I would like to hear a mashup of both 1973 and 1981 versions of Money. Maybe take the full instrumental of the '81 version and add David's vocals and sound effects from the '73 version with it.
