My first Enduro Race in Canada...

I joined BC Enduro Series for the first time! The stage is dusty Kamloops. It's one of the biggest race in Canada, 6 stages, 36.5km and 1,917m of elevation. Can we survive?!

you did an awesome job Yuka! hope to see you up at Whistler, I’m having to rethink my goal of hitting all the features in A Line by the end of this season, I think if I can hit all the features in Blue Velvet will be a good goal for me, riding a 29” Enduro Bike for the first time was pretty intimidating for me so it’ll take me some time to get used to riding a bike that big, but for some reason I actually found Golden Triangle easier than EZ Does It, so I might just feel better riding harder trails at Whistler, we’ll see next time I head out to Whistler in a few weeks.

Yuka in stage 4 when you had your first crash. I noticed that you were using both brakes going down that hill plus still braking with both brakes while trying to turn that corner when you crashed. Rule of thumb is never use your front brake going down a hill like that it will upset the balance of the bike. Instead use only rear brake. It doesn't upset the balance of the bike, yea you are going down faster but you still have full control while going down especailly that corner which you crashed. My trail coach called it skid steering works in situations like you experienced.
