Hi. I've just purchased one of these and when putting it up using the pitching diagram i have noticed that there is a tension adjustable pegging point missing from the left hand side Nearest van) of the porch. The only way to secure porch to ground is through the metal pole ring. ON the right hand side however there is an adjustable tension pegging point as well as the pole ring. I have spoke to vango they say this is normal even though it doesn't resemble the diagram - what it means is that there is no way of adjusting the canvas tension on the left hand side. If you have one in your store could you check if there is a tension pegging point on the left hand side of the porch as well as the metal ring - just to ensure it is not a manufacturing error. Thanks

Hi, We would recommend that you speak to the retailer that you bought the awning from to see if they can help you, unfortunately we do not have this model on display at the moment so we are unable to take a look.

Do you have to buy any separate attachments to use it as a Drive away awning?

If you have an awning rail fitted to your van you will need a driveaway kit which consists of a keder piping and a figure-of-8 channel. If you don't have a rail, you can use straps over the top of the van that peg down into the ground on the other side.
