You can import these tents into the states. I imported mine last year but you have to pay duty fees. It is worth it in my opinion. Best tent I've ever owned. And I've owned hundreds!

Thank you for the review but I am confused about your comment at 15 min 10 secs about the crytal clear windows that "with heat, they do fall out, so that's one thing to bear in mind" What do you mean by they fall out?

We were referring to the creases in the window. As from the point that they are made to be rolled up and stored sometime the windows can be creased. So are they are pitched for a whole and the sun gets on the tent they start to be come smoother.

Sorry for the maybe silly question, but does the footprint cover right up to the front door or is the "awning" area exposed, thanks

The footprint comes in two parts, one for the main body of the tent and a second section for the front awning.

Is there an optional room with this? I saw a floor plan which showed an extra, separate bedroom in the main living area. Is this something I would have to buy as an extra?

There isn’t an official bedroom for the living area but you can buy a freestanding bedroom which could go in there.

Can you make remove the bedroom walls and have one large or two bedrooms?

You can yes. All of the dividers can be removed to make one big bedroom.
